Ingredients:
300 grams semisweet chocolate
200 grams of pure margarine
5 whole eggs
5 gems
130 grams of sugar
A spoonful of vanilla extract
120g of our traditional flour
pinch of salt
preparation mode:
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
Grease aluminum molds with Boro Sabor butter and sprinkle with powdered chocolate.
In a bowl, place the chopped chocolate and margarine. Heat in a bain-marie until melted and mixed well. Save.
In another bowl, place the eggs, yolks and sugar and mix well. Place in a bain-marie, stirring with a spoon (until the sugar dissolves, but be careful not to cook the eggs).
Add the vanilla, traditional flour and salt. Add to melted chocolate mass and let stand for 10 minutes.
Fill in the templates. Place in preheated oven for 4 to 6 minutes.
Serve with ice cream and chocolate sauce.
