‘Xaviera’ from Mar do Sertão shared the pains and joys she faced in search of her beauty
Living in a house with several women made Giovanna Cordero fall in love with the world of beauty: “I remember that since I was a child I loved putting on makeup. I have an aunt who does a lot of makeup, I don’t even know if she knows it, but I kept experimenting with things (laughs). ), she says in an exclusive video for Glamor Beauty Talks.Watching tutorials and testing what she learned on herself and her older sisters, the actress has honed her skills over the years.
Giovanna, who lived in “Xaviera”, in Mar do Sertão, the 6pm telenovela that ended last Friday (03.17), graduated in Performing Arts and her favorite class was characterization. “I love doing makeup that’s brighter, simpler, more practical, and quicker, with earthy tones and reds. I’ve learned a bit of insight, to balance the colors on my face and clothes,” she says.
Carioca also admitted that she became a “skincare freak” after having an IUD (an intrauterine device) inserted and wearing daily makeup due to TV series filming. While she was doing her summer face makeup, J talked about transitioning her hair after years of progressive brushing.
“There’s always someone who says you look better with straight hair. It’s something people with curly hair hear a lot!” Precisely because of comments like this, and also as an incentive for those who want to give up the chemo calendar, I created the hashtag #AguentaFirme to share and support others.
The actress also brought up a recurring theme on her social networks, that of self-confidence. “How do I deal with self-esteem?” she said, laughing. For her, it’s a process that goes beyond the physical body: it’s about feeling safe to speak your mind and take a stand. Do you want to hear it? Watch the full video below :
